What types of dancewear do you specialise in?
We offer a comprehensive range of dancewear including ballet costumes (for both children and adults), character shoes, ballet shoes and socks, dance tights (including convertible styles), catsuits & unitards, dance underwear, and costume accessories. Our 2023 Costume Collection is particularly popular for performances!
How do I choose the right size for dancewear?
Dancewear often fits differently than regular clothing. We recommend checking our detailed size charts for each product category. For ballet tights and tight-fitting items, consider going one size up if you’re between sizes. Do you offer dancewear for boys and men?
Absolutely! We have dedicated “Boys & Men” and “Boys & Unisex” sections with appropriate dancewear including costumes, shoes and accessories designed specifically for male dancers.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB and PayPal for your convenience and security.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly (within 1-2 business days), so please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you need to make changes. We’ll do our dancer’s best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t been processed yet!

Shipping & Delivery

What are my shipping options?
We offer two shipping methods to suit your needs:

Standard Shipping (£12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after dispatch with full tracking – perfect for time-sensitive orders.

Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch) with basic tracking – ideal for non-urgent orders or group purchases.
How long does order processing take?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). For multiple items or group orders (like costumes for an entire class), please allow slightly longer as we carefully check each item.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide to most locations (excluding some remote areas in Asia and other regions). International customers should allow for potential customs delays beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
You may return unworn items with original tags attached within 15 days of receipt. Please see our full Returns Policy for details. Dancer’s Tip: Order at least 3-4 weeks before important performances to allow time for possible exchanges.
How do I initiate a return?
Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the items you wish to return. We’ll provide return instructions and address. Returns must be in original condition with tags attached.
